Do I need a specific ATS to use JobGorilla?
No. JobGorilla is API-first and works with any existing ATS or HR system. Many customers start distributing through the API or a feed, subscribe, then ask their ATS vendor for a native JobGorilla integration.
How does job distribution work?
You send jobs to JobGorilla once. Near real-time pub/sub pushes those jobs — and subsequent updates — to participating job boards so applicants see accurate listings faster.

How does pricing work?
Every plan has a monthly base fee that includes a set number of active job-months. An active job-month is any distinct JobGorilla job ID that was live for any part of the calendar month. Extra jobs bill at the published overage rate for that plan. Multi-board fan-out counts as one job. Job Scoring is an optional add-on at $50/mo with 1MM tokens included; each additional 1MM token block is $50. Pick a plan on the pricing page and get started through the contact form.

Job Scoring uses AI to evaluate job changes and recommend edits for maximum job exposure. It is an optional add-on: $50 per month includes 1MM tokens, and each additional block of 1MM tokens is $50.
